Alliance, an organization that focuses on impacting and transforming cities and
nations for the Kingdom of God.
Larry worked in the banking industry for 20
years as a Senior Vice President and Branch Administrator. To his credit, Larry was instrumental
in establishing a Commercial and Retail Lending Program for branch officers,
resulting in the portfolio growing from three million to twenty million dollars
in a two year period with a write-off ratio of less than one percent. In the same period, he developed and
implemented an Officer Call Program to attract new business in a declining
economy, affecting a 49% deposit growth.
He also worked closely with senior management and employees during this
time to realize a dramatic reduction in employee turnover – from 62% to 12%!
Larry earned a B.S. in Business from Louisiana
State University and degrees from the School of Banking of the South and the
University of Oklahoma Commercial Lending School. He also possesses a Masters of Biblical Studies from
Christian International School of Theology.
